Here at Busy Beavers Homestead we strive to breed, show and sell the best quality Nigerian Dwarf goats available.
We started our goat journey in 2023 with crossbred goats to "dip" our feet into the goat world. It was a big learning process, but ultimately rewarding.
We decided by 2024 that raising goats was definitely some thing we wanted to do, but we wanted to go in a different direction breed wise. With exception of a couple of crossbred "pets" we kept, we switched our leads and started a herd of ADGA registered Nigerian Dwarfs.
We slowly started our (4H) show career with purebred Nigerians last year (2024), though our oldest daughter Madison started showing goats in general at our local fair in 2023.
